Comfort Omoge transformed the traditional Asiko music of the Ikale people into a vibrant, modern art form. She found her way into music as a teenager and went on to form the Aboba Asiko Band, performing with indigenous instruments and impromptu lyrics that resonated with themes of morality, politics, and spirituality. Her 1976 debut album, Orogen Rogen, marked her as the first professional female musician in Ikaleland.

Over her career, she recorded 60 albums, including the acclaimed Olorun Mi Iwo Ni Ma Sin. In 1984, she was nominated to represent Nigeria at a cultural festival in the USA, though political changes prevented her participation. Her accolades include the Best Traditional Musician award from PMAN in 1991 and multiple Ondo State Merit Awards.
