PM News

PM News is a Nigerian evening newspaper that has been in circulation since its founding in the early 1990s. It is part of the Independent Communications Network Limited (ICNL), a media company that also publishes other notable Nigerian publications. The newspaper is known for its focus on breaking news, providing updates on events as they happen. It has maintained a strong presence in the Nigerian media landscape due to its accessibility and relevance.

Nigeria Magazine

The journal began as "The Nigerian Teacher". From 1936 until 1959, it was published as "Nigeria": a quarterly magazine of general interest. After Nigeria's Independence in 1960, the journal became "Nigeria Magazine" and continued until 1990. The journal introduced "Special Issues" and was a quarterly magazine for "everyone interested in the progress of the country." Compiled by the Education Department, Lagos in collaboration with private contributors and all government departments and published under the aegis of the Nigerian Government. The contributing authors were often experts and highly regarded scholars.

The Republic

The Republic newspaper was a Nigerian publication active during the early 1960s, coinciding with the nation's First Republic period. While specific details about its founding year and headquarters are limited, it is plausible that the newspaper operated out of Lagos, aligning with the South West geopolitical zone, which was a central hub for media and political activities during that era.
